C.M.Builds is led by hands-on construction experience across residential, renovation, modular, and light commercial projects. Few general contractors combine direct large-scale site superintendent experience with residential building expertise, and that background shapes how every project is planned, coordinated, and delivered.
Construction projects succeed or fail in the planning, sequencing, and on-site coordination long before the finishes go in. That’s why I stay closely involved in the process from the earliest stages through final completion. I’m not a clipboard general contractor — I’ve spent decades building the work myself and managing complex job sites.
