Few general contractors combine direct commercial site superintendant experience with modular home construction, and that background shapes how every project is planned and executed.
I stay closely involved in planning, sequencing, and on-site coordination because that's where projects succeed or fail. I'm not a clipboard GC - I've built the work myself. That practical experience keeps modular projects controlled from factory production through final occupancy.
